This is Zuri gazing at her magical wintery snow globe in awe. I like this scene because throughout the book, you see the simplified version of Zuri. Here, you see the up close version. The quality reminds me of old episodes of Spongebob during those random moments where you see the characters up close and they look like detailed paintings. It's same exact vibe for O Holy Night's opening scene. It’s Zuri in HD or 4k. 

Zuri's snow globe was fun to draw too. It was a little tedious to figure out how to paint a realistic yet magical glow, but it was a fun process. The snow globe in the opening scene is the same exact snow globe in the cover illustration below.
